Bridlewood Sunroom

One of our favourite projects to date. This is well insulated 4 season 12x10 sunroom was built entirely in the winter. The exterior was completed with the same James Hardie Evening Blue siding to match the house with a 5’x3’ landing and staircase. Step inside to a beautiful interior, the floor an Appalachian Red Oak Engineered Hardwood, modern flat stock trim and baseboard wrapped around 5 double pane sliding glass windows from All-Weather Window. The ceiling includes to 2 Velux Skylights.

The walls are finished drywall painted with a paint grade flat ceiling. A ceiling fan/light mounted in the centre of the room, great to circulate air in the summertime. A wall mounted heater capable of keeping the space comfortable. Though the sun alone does a fantastic job of keeping that room warm even in cold conditions outside.
