This drive-in ready garage on a newly poured pad in Tuscany is fit for all of Calgary's seasons.
The 24' x 24' garage is our most popular size and for good reason: it has space for two cars and a few toys. Built on a freshly poured concrete pad, the fully permitted structure is built above Calgary code and insulated against the city's cold.
A 16' x 8' overhead garage door opens onto the alley and a man door leads to a concrete sidewalk. Inside, 48" x 36" window faces the house to provide natural light while keeping away from prying eyes. The exterior is finished with vinyl siding that is identical to the home and the roof was completed with 30 year asphalt shingles.
