800 square feet of newly renovated downstairs space opens with a fully-featured entertainment area. A dry bar with ample cabinet space, floating shelves and minifridge is designed to host gameday bashes and cozy movie nights. Custom built-ins create a memorabilia display next to the entrance to the freshly framed mechanical room with hideaway storage.
The primary goal for the project was to add living space to the home. The inviting bedroom has a full-sized double closet with sliding doors. A three piece bathroom and bright bedroom give guests a separate area and would be perfect for any growing household. At the back, a large home gym fits a full rack of free weights and a rowing machine without cramping your workout.
