Seton Sunroom

This luxurious 4 season cedar sunroom looks and smells amazing! The interior was finished with aromatic cedar which gives a rich cedar smell to the room. We completed all the trim with custom milled 5/4 cedar. The floor is a Vinyl Plank (LVP) the same as inside their home. We added a wall mounted fireplace to keep it toasty in the winter. The sunroom is well insulated to keep the heat inside and the cold out. The exterior was finished to match their existing vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia. The windows are double pane sliding from All-Weather Window and 2 velux skylights in the ceiling. The sunroom sits securely on 2 screw piles which will never move due to the freeze and thaw in Calgary. We finished the landing area with a small cedar deck and a removable railing section for ease of loading larger items on or off the deck area. We also added a gate for storage underneath.
